Depends which app libraries use. Libby has the best coverage in CA and it is possible with little effort to get library cards from many different library systems. Libby will search all of them usually.

It’s about the ability to use power. How often have Democrats held lower and not used it? I think Nancy P is a great example of how the Dems have used power.

I’m no fan of Donald Trump but he didn’t issue this decision and probably wasn’t even aware of the lawsuit. It is a bit over the top to call him out for THIS decision (as opposed to everything else!)
