I think people realize a recession is likely. Maybe not the MAGA fanatics. But the rest of us know. And we’ve been worried about that, along with everything other bad thing they are doing.

We’ve been awake, just waiting for some direction from the Democrat leaders. Now that we realize there will be none, we have taken the resistance in our own hands, with encouragement from those members of Congress who are not afraid to speak out.

Thank you for this. I’ve limited my news consumption a lot but the bits about sticking to a routine and having a goal to look forward to (Chuckie Cheese prizes!) were things I hadn’t thought about. Forgot that’s how my family got through the pandemic but I’m going to renew those habits now.
