Me too. I cook it down in some chicken stock and slice whatever meat I have around (bologna works great) super thin so the fork can wrap it up with the noodles.

I’m pulling out my chef toque and am cooking several things for Thanksgiving and there will be no struggle over here. Just good food made correctly.
