Well wishes, 4 pack a day ,40 years took me watching mother and father dying from COPD, and just ended up disgusted with the whole thing. You GOT THIS!! It's hard, any addiction is, One day at a time!

Doctor gave me 3 -5 years to live also. 21 years ago. Don't believe the BS, get informed !
