Sometimes it feels like customers would forget to breathe if you don’t tell them to while on a support call. Their brain just completely shuts off.

I miss the days when no manager today meant “we don’t have to work” and not “we have to make decisions for things two pay grades above us while we have no idea what we’re doing”.

Seattle is a great place for shows because most bands either start or end their US tour here. Being on either side of the tour has the best sets.

I’ll never understand why we have quantitative measures for qualitative emotional responses. Ex: customer satisfaction surveys, PHQ9, GAD7, the list goes on…..
