I watch the footage of the peaceful protests in LA. If the protesters really want to make an impact, especially for the media, they need to wave American flags, not Mexican flags.

So, last year I posted my first, and supposed to be my only quilt. Well, I did catch the bug so I made a quilt for my mom’s bed. The original pattern did not have a large border so I took the extra backing to make a floral border. I like the look and mom loves it.
