Me too. As I age my food allergies shift. Commercial dairy food made with predominately A1 protein producing cows creates havoc. I’m testing Heritage wheats (pre-1960’s genetics) from dedicated mills. older wheats with no weed killers and sprays to speed grain production seem less problematic.
