📈Why is there is upward trend in billion-dollar disasters?
1. There is a growing number of people, homes, and businesses exposed to these hazards.
2. Climate change is causing an increase in frequency and intensity of certain types of extreme weather.
That's a bad combo.

Thanks for sharing. I think many people find it difficult to relate to "600-700 times more likely", particularly as the baseline is missing, i.e. how likely were those storms before climate change.

If I may ask, what do you think about the imprecision in the info (600-700 times more likely)?
