I grew up on a suburb and sometimes played football or rode bikes in the roads near my home. Inner city kids played basketball in the parks and schoolyards near their homes. Only one of us was playing “in the streets.”

Drove from San Diego to LA today. San Onofre border checkpoint was UNMANNED. If LA is having some sort of immigration crisis requiring the Marines, surely San Onofre would be manned.
