It’s a Mod Mod World and Neema is Just living in it! I made this dress using the Designs By Jude/Tamara Casey pattern called Pop Sugar. I omitted the tie . The thigh highs she is wearing I made from a pair of tights.
I like to call this outfit Orange Pop.
