Right, it would ban and criminalize virtually all hemp-derived products currently on the market. Incredibly reckless to destroy a growing industry with more than 300,000 workers with no hearings or debate of any kind in Congress.

In Texas, many veterans rely on hemp-derived THC or CBD gummies for relief from PTSD, for instance. They will be hit hard, as there will be no real alternatives without hemp products---the Texas medical marijuana program is pathetically small and ridiculously overpriced.
