If you forget about the bad stuff, and the part where he hates the transfer portal and NIL, he’s a good coach! Except he hasn’t coached in 3 years and the four before that were bad to awful. Ok!

There’s no question Brown is done. I think he needs to make some improvements with the analysts as Michigan was elite there with Harbaugh the last few years.

They have a really good freshman class and an excellent crop coming in. The problem with the portal is everyone is going to be competing for DL and there’s not enough dudes to go around.

They need a makeover in the offseason. Maybe stock down a bit on the DL coach (who is good). Should be interesting to see who is coming along and what’s available in the portal

The hard evaluation is how much they are going to spend to get a good receiver to go with Marsh. They have a decent transfer then a bunch of tight ends

To be a top 10-coach you also have a massive ego. Look at Saban, Harbaugh, Day, Kirby etc. they’re wired differently.

When I saw the stats it reminded me of the late Harbaugh era Michigan teams. Very similar styles. Could still get them a championship if they continue to play strong defense
