I find it very, very difficult to count five justices who will vote to apply heightened scrutiny to Tennessee's ban on gender-affirming care for minors. None of the conservatives who spoke seemed inclined to do so. Gorsuch remained silent, but even if he sides against Tennessee, it won't be enough.
