I love the sense of a shared space and catching an instant in the life of these people. There is a verisimilitude, dare I say, an authenticity (?!) here. A common humanity? Perhaps. The sacrifices and mutuality of the War made this obvious.

Until yesterday, I had heard of Kneecap, but never HEARD them. A yr ago I was in Ireland, got Covid, was a mess, could hear about them in the news, but was to F'd up to pay attention. I admit, I'm old. Hip Hop not my thing, but I listened yesterday. F'in eh! they're amazing! KNEECAP! Free Palestine!
