What an appropriate book title.

Not sure it's a matter of short memory. As I've said since 2016, we should think of T as a con.
- In a successful con, the grifter gets away before the mark realizes he was taken.
- In a great con, the mark never realizes.
- But in an exceptional con, like this one, the mark thinks he was in on it.

Florida 5th District Representative Rutherford: As your constituent, I ask that you use the Constitutional power of the Congress to regulate gifts and emoluments to the President from foreign countries.
