Hard to believe it’s been 20 years since I gave my first academic seminar. I still remember Prof. J.I. Cubero in the audience—he later joined my PhD committee! Over the years, he’s been a wonderful companion to our group. Honored to share a session and panel with him at shorturl.at/2ShQL

The auxin response factor (ARF) gene family in the #chickpea reference genome includes 24 loci, encoding up to 44 protein isoforms. 🌱🧬 With the #refseqR package, you can easily go from gene IDs ➡️ transcript IDs ➡️ fetch CDS sequences for all variants—fast & reproducible! ⚙️📦 #RStats
