Don't know if it works for your projects, but IMO Ghost nailed the balance of OSS and business.

MIT license + 1st party paid service. Anyone who pays will choose to support the creators rather than some rando who forks it.

It is shocking that WP Engine would launch this legal assault without the slightest provocation.

And I applaud Matt for resisting the urge to take the low road. Plenty of others would show themselves to be small and petty if placed in a similar situation.

I can't figure out how GitHub has 10 different palettes, each with 10 shades of green, but none of the greens match the green of their primary button.
