it could be: it was made with a bug that had the memo added, but then when the bug got fixed they took it out

the broken cable thing is an actual game-content hint though, not a bug, so... ?

I'm starting to suspect they simply forgot about it when they went from facemask version to disk version

Does anyone else have this particular document in their box? It is in mine, but I don't see it on any of the "documentation" sites

fun trivia - the remake, even outside of the English patch, is essentially a developer-made re-patch of one of the other MAGES games, Lovely x Cation

This is awesome, Ropoko is coming to the Switch (and Steam) on the 9th October. It will include the English translation which I helped the author with :) As for the MZ-700 English release, this should be around or just before Christmas time.

This fantastic answer from @jdyer.bsky.social discusses how disabled veterans were treated in the Soviet Union after #WWII & how that would influence how Russia engaged with the Paralympic Games. Spawning a story that “There are no disabled people in the USSR.” #Skystorians

As hosts of the 1980 Summer Olympics, the USSR was invited to host that year's Paralympics. In response, they issued a statement denying the existence of *any* disabled people in the country (and hence the lack of disability sports). Why did the Soviet government state such a ridiculous claim?

This is not quite a true story. There's been some telephone-game distortion with the original source, which is, for the record, a 1986 book by Valery Fefelov in Russian, entitled В СССР ИНВАЛИДОВ НЕТ! which translates to There are No Disabled People in the USSR!
