Galaxy 2 is so goddamn good.

I didn’t play it much at the time because I really disliked playing games on the Wii with those controllers. So glad I get to revisit it now in a way that’s playable for me. Turning into one of my favorite Mario games.

Oh, and also picked up Bayonetta 3 (finally) and Disney Illusion Island, which I’d been looking at getting at some point. Love me some sales.

Other eShop sale pickups include Air Twister — Yu Suzuki’s mobile game, that I remember enjoying, and that was ported to Switch — and Mythforce, which I’d always been curious about (each of them at around five bucks).

I quite enjoyed this new documentary on Guillermo del Toro (Sangre del Toro). I feel like I learned some stuff about him, and it's interesting to see how his collection ties into his films. It's making me want to revisit his filmography, especially his early films. letterboxd.com/jeansnow/fil...
