Not that JD.

Intolerant of intolerance, unfairness and bad grammar.
Really? Have we not always been sick of celebrity for celebrity's sake? And I'm talking us actual people, not the Daily Mail sidebar of shame and others who profit off it.

We're guilty of turning on the underfloor heating or heat pump when we're generating more power than we can use and sell. Not often, but we've done it.

Why does anyone still choose Interislander over Bluebridge? They're just laughably unreliable.

If I even touched the tip of my tongue to one of those I would spend the next week gagging. The devil's herb.

People who cannot lactate don't get an opinion on other people's lactation choices. (Frankly, other people full stop don't get an opinion.)

Also, this is in Project 2025. It's another one of their ways to exclude women from the workplace while pretending it's about the good of the child.

The problem with Cloudflare is that because their role should be unseen you only ever hear about them when things go wrong. Whenever their name appears in the news you know they've f@#$ed up again.

By that measure I've ended 723 wars, so I will be writing a strongly worded letter to FIFA about their selection process.

110 hrs/wk is almost 16 hours a day so it's incredible that we has all this time for golf. When does he sleep?

Oh.

It's nice that he's so proud of achieving something that an intern could manage in the first minute of their first day. Shame he's actually the Secretary of Transportation, though.

About 60 million people die worldwide every year, just for some perspective.

Why are there croissants?

I love their orange facepaint this time of year from bingeing on harakeke flowers.

Over 200,000 ppl in the USA die every month. Given that a lot of them will be elderly, 100,000+ could well be SNAP recipients. So Rollins's figures could be accurate but entirely misrepresented, which is a hallmark of this admin.

I'd highly recommend The New American by Marcheline Aharonian Marcom. It's a novel about migration from C America, but deeply researched. It is beautifully written and absolutely DEVASTATING. Spoiler: Clover and Daisy were not along for the ride.

That woman has obviously never played '20,000 Questions' with a bawling, purple-faced toddler only to eventually establish that they wanted their crackers in a blue bowl today, not a green one. Didn't predict that, did you mom?

can't vote against that part without voting against the whole shebang. It's INSANE.

I was thinking more the way the govt runs out of money every 5 mins and can't reopen until a bunch of ppl with polar opposite economic priorities agree a new budget, which then only lasts another 5 mins. AND they can sneak things into the bill like 'we can sue the govt for phone tapping' and you

Given that the rebate check would be in lieu of affordable healthcare: terrible idea.

And having a high % of retirees on social security paying out most of their income in healthcare or mortgage payments: terrible idea. Pretty much guaranteed to massively increase poverty in old age.

You really do have the most mindbogglingly dysfunctional way of running a country over there in the US.

I don't know how you pronounce Douthat so I just assume it's like 'doubt that', which funnily enough is what I think every time I read his headlines.
