++ reporting. Food program fraud $ may have been used to buy homes that are leased to the alleged fraudster's family which then gets state $ to provide housing & services to disabled Minnesotans. The housing & services seem to be legit. If guilty the homes will be forfeited. What about residents?

well done, Tom. A friend runs the arts and culture department in a small city, 80,000 population, in Belgium. Their employees for theatre, music, art, etc. totals 60 or maybe 80 people. Belgiums hate taxes too I am sure but they don't send missiles to kill children.
