Oh, & if you make it to the end, you'll end up paying nearly $1M on that loan - yep, almost $700K in interest. This is not a solution.

The amortization is laughable. On a $300K 50 year loan, at the end of 3 years you'll have paid $53K in interest, paid off $3K in principal & still owe over $296K.

Son remarked stars don’t look like that. They’re clustered w/more space in between. So I redid the stars. Looks better, I think.

Open enrollment for the ACA doesn't start until Nov. 1. But, if last year is anything to go by & the tax credits are going away, it's going up $300+ or over 400%.
