He is a 27 year old WR who is one of the better ones in the NFL...I don't see how compensation was an overpay honestly...maybe the 2nd round pick was a little high but it's worth it IMO

Maybe...or maybe they hit and if they have a good team around him they can contend right away (or at least contend to the point of winning games, which they do already but actually win in the playoffs)

Why? You draft a QB in the 1st round next year and have a very good WR already in place for him. Metcalf is only 27.

He is cooked, but also there isn't a good answer at QB this offseason...it's all just a bridge until they draft one in 2026
