Serious question: What's stopping the State of Illinois from arresting Stephen Miller & charging him with incitement?

The Senate didn't confirm him. He's just a guy.

At some point, the states MUST use their authority to prosecute, because the federal government certainly will not.

Never have I desired a military coup in the US, but the crickets after Hegseth’s unhinged fascist TED Talk gives me some hope that our military leadership isn’t particularly thrilled with the prospect of massacring civilians at the behest of an alcoholic Fox News presenter and an elderly pedophile.

I do watch some sports. I’m not a big time sports person but I do enjoy the Olympics.

I do turn on the broadcast tv in weather emergencies, especially tornado warnings.

But otherwise, I’m a public librarian and I get as much of the media I want to consume on DVD/Blu-Ray from there as possible.

In my two decades as a public librarian, I have found countless library books on LGBTQIA+ topics hidden by patrons in my library branch. Just found one tonight about queer athletes. You know what I’ve never found hidden in my branch? NOT ONE SINGLE BOOK WITH AN ANTI-LGBTQIA+ VIEWPOINT. EVER.
