1) take 1/2 step back and the vehicle definitely would have cleared him (it may have anyway). Look at the bullet hole location
2) or fire his three shots murdering the driver and creating a 4000 lb uncontrolled trajectory

Why not have the congress people accompanied by either armed US Marshals or Capital Police

Katie is close but my response to Vance is Ross’ incident 6 months ago evidently made him trigger happy and he shouldn’t be carrying a weapon. Most police departments would require his release by a psych before he went back to the streets

Once the judge issued order, the Cmd Officers in DC should remove troops or consult JAG (but Trump has fired JAG attorneys). By leaving/increasing troops on ground we are increasing the probability of Kent State reoccurring

Now the National Guard is deployed in multiple cities. We can pray history doesn’t repeat. Thanks again
