FDA just keeps jerking people around. Even labeling with the ISO standard PA plus varieties is illegal for sale in the states

I used to work in this industry. You’ve never been permitted to sell sunscreens that don’t have SPF info done by the fda standard. That standard is woefully out of date and there have been multiple attempts to to get the fda to update it.
