I was fortunate enough to catch him twice: once back in the 80s (with the Georgia Satellites) in Ft. Myers, FL, and once in 2010 on his Mojo tour in Bristow, VA. Two very different shows, but both great.

And I agree about Wildflowers being perfect. :)

I wish I had a definitive answer for you. I suppose it all depends on your setup and the sensitivity of your ears. As usual, the Discogs reviews are mixed between "best ever!" and "meh - not better than the original." I'm just enjoying the music. :)

Another example: some stores have Green Day in rock, and others in punk. Some use Discogs alphabetizing and others use last name. It's all different from store to store. Part of the charm, but takes time to acclimate.

Sure. For example, at the store I went to today I was looking for an Alanis record. It wasn't in the Pop Rock section under either A or M. It wasn't in the Canadian artists section. It was in a completely different section in the back of the store.

I LOVED Montreal. People were very friendly, the shopping was excellent, the style/fashion made people-watching a joy, and everywhere had air conditioning. 😂 I'd go back there in a minute.

That's awesome!

Yes! And Kops.

The list of records I'm currently interested in purchasing. Discogs doesn't let me share mine, but that's where I keep track of what I'm looking for.

𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤:
Debut studio album from an underrated pop punk band, featuring big guitars and catchy choruses.

DLB was originally titled “Arrival” until the band found out that ABBA got there first. It was also one of the first commercially produced CDs, but issues with the record label ended with a three-year marketplace delay (and a long eight years until their next album release).
