I assumed so, hearing many did and anecdotal in the bin. I don't know the ins and outs of rules here and we have opted out on the register but understand they get the full copy?
Unless they are targeting particular area's. My MS is Labour with the Tory added in for the area.

#Toronto some decades ago. #CNTower has windows in the floor. Watching the kids jump up and down on them and the adults skirt the edges...1000' or so at this pic hieght. Checking the web site seems they have added fun. Lift is fun as well.
