I got some great footage of one digging around in my wife’s beehives a few years ago. It seemed like odd behavior, but we think it was eating dead bees that fall through to the bottom.

This reminds me of an episode of Scrubs IIRC where a new doc is advised after performing a breast exam that you can say the patient is “normal” or “healthy”, not “fantastic”.

Agreed. If they have more damning ones, release them. Don’t release fairly mild ones and say “we’ve got way worse, trust us.” Sounds like the same line Halligan used on the grand jury.
