The lack of communication is the worst—by all airlines. There is such a thing as Operations at all airports and usually these delays can be predicted hours ahead of time. Every passenger carries a phone with an app that enables instant communication. There are info boards all around the airport.

That would be yummy. But it can’t possibly be true. Because there’s not much yummy about all this shit we are in all the time.
