The latest crop aren't posting manifestos or ending their attacks with suicide (by cop or not.) This generational shift and the laziness the old pattern encouraged would be bad enough even if we had competent and focused federal law enforcement.

My quick check showed a bit more than half of the libraries in the local system had a copy on order, and I have no reason to think they're all that far from typical.

Without prejudice but the analysis of the purported ratification seems to imply that the statute of limitations doesn't get the six month extension and so has passed, is this right?
