I don't understand the hate speech laws.

If a country commits genocide on an a neighboring country that's OK but if we Aussies condemn those actions we can be guilty of hate speech.

So it's legal to commit genocide but criminal to speak up against it.

Even if it's not hate speech, it does nothing to improve social cohesion.
