A very full flat tub. Yes, I know it says "tray", but where I've worked, we call them "tubs". In the US Mail, Flats can be any class of mail, typically including things like large envelopes, newspapers, and magazines. USPS letter trays in a seven high stack, all reasonably full. To my eye, these look like they've had two passes through a dbcs or dioss machine, which means they're ready for delivery, sorted into drop sequence for the carrier. The ones in the wiretainer were more clumpy in their distribution, with similar types from the same sender tending to be together, but the quantity was similar.

Four numbered squares, each displaying an example of the major categories of USPS Mail Transport Equipment. 1: (no idea why it has the barred circle in this image) OTR, "Over The Road" container, 2: *a wiretainer, very like the one in the story, 3: GPC, "General Purpose Container", 4: Market Basket. With the press of an aluminum pedal, the basket is released and can lock into place at a 90° vertical angle, so that the open top becomes perpendicular to the floor! Neat!

My son's and his cousins' construction, a gingerbread log cabin, finished in pretzel sticks, this cozy cabin is clearly wrapped in the leavings of a sugary blizzard! The "Judge's Choice" award, and a certificate for ten dollars, redeemable at numerous local businesses. The Log Cabin This is a sweet cabin in the back of the woods where Santa goes to get away after a stressful Christmas... ...this is a piece of our build(adjacent to a bit of pretzel stick on frosting mortar)

Lots of big winners in my party at Christmas in Cassville, especially the Gingerbread House contest. This is the submission of my daughters, along with two of their cousins,
My daughters' collaboration with their cousin on a gingerbread house for Christmas in Cassville. It's based on the Barbie Dreamhouse,with a huge lawn, candy lightbulb garden, and a pond where gingerfolk and gummi sharks play together. Awards for "Best Youth Design" and "Most Creative". Not pictured, they also got two $10 certificates for local businesses. Kids The gingerbread have invaded Barbie Dreamland. In the pond, garden, and the towels for tanning. (It was fun to make the bushes)
