and while I'm dreaming, I'd like to institute a rule that prohibits members of Congress from getting paid during a shutdown. And we need a better way to recall/fire our reps when they are blatantly not doing their jobs

We need to end the pardon. In fact, we need to tighten up every loophole he has abused. Frankly, it was obvious he would do this in his first term and we should have done it immediately. We can no longer count on having a president who acts in good faith
