I guess never having worked in this environment I can’t fathom not helping.
My first job was making less than minimum wage (thanks DSHS/FedGovt) as an in home caregiver. It was my job to help and I wanted to do it.
I was grateful for the job.

There are never enough employees around to seek out when I need them so I don’t get why this is a bad thing. I find these rare instances helpful.
