Be careful with alcohol. If it seemed problematic early or you're hiding how much you're drinking stop. Fall in line with the natural progression of drinking less as you get older or your life will fall apart. A 40 something can't drink like a 20 something.

This wasn't planned lunch with my client. He just walked out half way into 50 minutes.

It wasn't a strategic guard dropping pyschological move.

In all seriousness, if our session was just disrupted out of the blue, no heads up, then that would be the last session I would have with them.
