the modifier is nice because you can preview what it will look like to see if its dense enough without having to undo redo a bunch. But be careful and type the number, dont slide it. Its really easy to move your mouse and accidentally make something over 100mil and crash blender lol

Yeah you can print them either way. For resin you will have to hollow them and put drain holes with your slicer program.
