On streams I use a compressor built in to FFZ. Cause most streamers don't have the greatest audio balance and this makes it so there isn't a huge difference in volume. That way I can tolerate people screaming slightly longer lol

QAA and knowledge fight do something similar also quite successfully. But the part where they explain this is absolute bullshit is very important.

Very relatable. Also very common. It's just adjusting to actually feeling what we feel instead of ignoring all the clues our bodies give us.
