This was my thought on the straw that was breaking.

Idiot doing things to threaten our national security.

He doesn’t know about the use of a furlough or he instead wants to threaten livelihood of people even more than he already has.

The government is allowed to sole source contracts. Do some research. It happens all the time! It can be because they didn’t meet their small business threshold’s for the fiscal year. It can be that the companies jointly working on the program were best value to the government.

My company has worked with them on USMC contracts. They are very knowledgeable and hard working people, and are doing this work with other experienced companies. Just because they kept their costs down doesn’t mean they lack capability. If you don’t know them well you should do better.

My father stopped talking. It went from saying something like ‘yay’ or a giggle…to nothing. So hard.
