The worst bit is that he seems to be saying it’s only 13 complaints out of 4000 contestants, so that is not bad 🤯

He misses the point that usually people have no complaints 🤷🏻‍♀️

I got the train from Oxford to Edinburgh on Saturday and it was busy. Changing trains was stressful. Someone sat in my seat. Nowhere for my luggage. I seriously questioned if I should have driven instead. And I hate driving (and recently sold my car)
