hey can someone please help. I need to cancel a business account. I can not login becauce I am stuck in an autheticator loop. I can not call and talk to an actual person as business accounts need to be cancelled by loggin in. why is this so hard

@microsoft.com so tried to call. The only way I can raise a ticket to cancel is to login in. I am stuck in an authenticator loop that requires authentication to autheticate. I can not logi in, I therefore can not create a ticket. What an awful system
