A visit to RSPB Saltholme today. It was a bit nippy but saw spoonbill, goldeneye, pintail, golden plover, GW egret, pochard amongst the usuals. Distinct lack of vegan food in cafe though. #birding

Never seen Askham Bog so iced over. Beautiful. Saw longtails, wren redwing, GSWood, with lots of meadow pipits and pied wag picking up fallen seed from the sheets of ice.
