It amazes me what food habits people cling onto their whole lives - adding sugar to water, for example. They drank sugar water as a kid, and will continue to do so as a diabetic in their 60s. And nothing I say will ever change that. 🤷🏼♀️

Just realized I have eleven (11) Excel sheets currently open on my work laptop that I actively use throughout my day. 😱 At least it's nice out and I can work outside. ☀️

When you hand your patient a written handout with personalized list of foods they should eat, with all their dietary restrictions in mind, and they say "oh okay" and proceed to neatly fold the handout 3 times and put into their bag never to be seen by them again .... 🙄

What I've been called instead of "dietitian": nutritionist, nutritionalist, food lady, lunch lady, supplement lady, dietician, dietary, food police...
