PAY ATTENTION: ICE is filing fake 911 calls in Chicago, weaponizing emergency services to provoke local police.

Ordinary citizens would be charged with a felony. ICE calls it strategy.

Please don’t say he is not trained. Border Patrol agents do this on the border all the time. Agents at my station used to throw rocks into car windows that sometimes made them crash. They think it us funny. It’s not training in the academy, but in the field.

Death Sites Remain Unrecovered: How New Mexico's Medical Investigator
Ignores the Dead in the Desert
Bodies left behind. Evidence lost. A state agency's silence turns the desert into a crime scene.
In a ten-by-twenty-mile stretch of desert west of El Paso, human remains lie scattered in plain sight — some for more than a year. Bones and belongings bleach under the sun while animals and storms erase what's left. Officials know exactly where the human remains and belongings lie — and have done nothing.
Battalion Search and Rescue (BSAR), a volunteer humanitarian group that has located more than 75 missing-person and death sites in two states over just 20 months, confirms that five reported sites remain unrecovered more than a year after discovery, despite repeated notifications to the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) and the Doña Ana County Sheriff's Office (DASO).|
BSAR audited fifteen sites OMI had declared "recovered." Bones were left behind at every one — femurs, jawbones, cell phones, even wallets with IDs. One site held twenty-four bones left abandoned.
According to the New Mexico Migrant Mortality Map (data drawn directly from OMI and law-enforcement reports), more than 100 women and young girls have been found dead within this small corridor
- a concentration higher than many midsize U.S. cities record in a decade.
"This is state-enabled disappearance," said James Holeman, BSAR founder. "When officials ignore known death sites, they don't just fail the dead — they become complicit in the crime. They are the paid professionals. Why won't they go?"
Despite the discovery of over a hundred dead women and young girls in this limited area, no homicide or assault investigations have been opened. The group warns that by leaving remains exposed and uninvestigated, authorities have effectively turned the region into a dumping ground for traffickers and killers.

BSAR says the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator has repeatedly misled the public about its legal duties and has obstructed recoveries. OMI officials insist civilians must report through law enforcement, though state law allows direct reporting to OMI and requires a prompt response.
The Chief Medical Investigator claimed BSAR had submitted only fourteen reports, despite email records showing roughly twice that number. Field investigators have canceled recoveries, refused meetings, and abandoned sites after partial collections.
According to data from the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner — one of the nation's leading authorities on migrant deaths —
- the odds of identifying a person plummet
with every week that remains go unrecovered: 94% are identified within the first week of recovery, 82% after 1-5 weeks, 46% after 3-8 months, and just 18% after six months or more.
"A few months can mean all the difference," said one BSAR volunteer. "By refusing to visit sites and collect remains in a timely manner, these deputies and OMI investigators are actively creating unidentified persons."
Oversight of OMI rests with the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, whose investigators are legally required to take custody of remains and determine cause and manner of death. BSAR says those duties have been ignored for years.
"These were daughters, mothers, and sisters," said Abbey Carpenter, BSAR co-leader.
"They were seeking safety. We have seen young girls, still wearing braces on their teeth."
BSAR is demanding an independent investigation by the New Mexico Attorney General, the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, and the National Association of Medical Examiners.
Every day of delay destroys evidence — and with it, the possibility of truth, accountability, and dignity. Until that changes, the desert remains an open graveyard.

This is why dems do not like me; I hold them accountable too. When Biden was in office, a member of the Senate Homeland Security Dems asked if I would support his policies. I asked which policies; all policies on how to beef up these immigration agencies so they would support Biden. I refused.

Clinton started deterrence policies & funded it causing 70-80k deaths on the southern border, intentionally.
Obama deported more people than anyone at the time, created more people to deport by criminalizing them & in 2014 began taking newborns from migrant mothers using state child protective services & funded it all.
Biden had the opportunity to get rid of Border Patrol Union & ban & hold accountable the illegal & secret coverup teams but just continued the coverup by moving them to CB denying accountability. He gave agents the biggest raise & took the most from border surveillance tech further expanding the surveillance system you see being used today.
Do you not remember that Biden & dems tried to pass another border funding bill & Trump blocked it by telling repubs to not vote for it?

By law, to question somebody, immigration officers must have reason to think they could be an illegal immigrant.
To arrest somebody, they need probable cause. Ms Brooks, who is black, with an American accent, says she repeatedly asked officers why she was being arrested, and pointed out her citizenship. Nobody asked her any questions. When she continued to object to her arrest, an officer knocked her to the ground, removed the zip-ties and replaced them with handcuffs, locked as tightly as they would go. By the time she was released, together with several other citizens, she says the sun was coming up.
