It just came back. A temporary solution for now they have said.
Freezer food safe. Even though we have been pretty relaxed about it. It has effected work, heating and eating. So happy we have a fireplace and plenty of candles.
It could have been dealt with much much sooner though.

Stirring the rice flour stock after adding the milk to the right consistency took some time.

I popped them in the oven with a sprinkling of cheese at 180c for 15 minutes.

I used some tomato puree since I didn't have a lot of Ketchup left; and stock since I didn't have consomme.

I did adjust the amounts for more. I always fry my onions and carrots first so they're softer.

Butter or oil.
100g Mince Beef
Half an Onion diced small
Carrot diced small
Ketchup 5tblsp
Bulldog 3tblsp or similar sauce.
Water a smidgen to eye so it's not too dry.

15g butter
300g Cooked rice
Flour 2 tblsp
Consommé or strong stock
500ml Milk
Salt pepper

I haven't ever tried Indonesian foods. *pondering* Is it good? What ingredients is often used? Looks yummy though I can't do peppers.

What's the fancy book spine next to the bubble tea book? 👀

I like eating and cooking but it comes in waves. I find it difficult to follow recipes and end up experimenting. Cook books do help when I'm bored of food.
