I have loved wild hares since reading Watership Down when I was 12. I was visiting Paris with family friends, and sat in the back of the car reading, while they pointed out landmarks. I remember the mum had to tell me to look at Notre Dame! (contd)

Hare on the Moon.
I teach high school ceramics. I made this teapot twice, as a student deliberately broke the first one while I was glazing it. The incident really brought home to me (again) that I am not just teaching art, I am teaching life skills to teenagers.
