Had an actual fever dream (I'm sick) and Dream Me discovered a massive cover up I could turn into a book: An author went to a fantasy world and just wrote what they saw then pretended they made it up! :o And it wasn't a made up author, it was Terry Brooks. So Mr. Brooks, I guess the jig is up. XD

Hubby and I went to the Italian American Festival tonight! We got cheesesteaks in braided pretzels, zeppolis (in the bag), funnel cake (pictured), and way more cotton candy than I was expecting! Beautiful night for it too! 🇮🇹+🇺🇲=❤️

Honestly, the best way to make an artist’s day is by being very specific about what you like about a piece. Geek out a lil. Gush over how they use line, color, texture. Every mark is layed down by the artist, so if you can connect with those little moments, it helps the artist feel seen.

I was in kindergarten when it came out in theaters, and I guess the teachers saw Raggedy Ann and Andy and thought, "Awe! I bet that will be cute!" So we went as a class trip. IT WAS AWESOME! I'm positive it affected my brain for the rest of my life, but DAMN it was the best field trip ever! ❤️

Should definitely be safe to eat.* Nothing in that needs to be refrigerated on it's own, refrigeration just makes it last longer. *As long as you don't see or smell mold (though overnight this is HIGHLY unlikely).

if I can give a piece of "theory of change" advice: never never never make a purchasing decision to stay away from a brand for ethical reasons *without letting them know that's what you've done*.

OK, I keep getting asked about how to complain about Kimmel.
The best way to complain that will have the biggest impact?
1. See if you have a Sinclair or Nexstar station in your area.
2. Watch the local newscast tonight or sometime this week
3. Note the companies that bought TV adverts.
4. Call them and let them know you will boycott them until they quit supporting that media company.

Trust me. I worked in TV for 45 years. Nothing you do will have greater impact. Nothing.
