As for -1 weather, I took Ophelia outside and she took three steps and sat down. Girl, I appreciate the sentiment but the execution is less than wise. Just pee already and be done with it. Kinda my motto for life these days come to think of it..

Today I dressed for warmth rather than fashion, fleece socks, heavy sweatpants, cuddly cardigan and a thick T-shirt. Totally appropriate for the 19 degree day. The fact that the shirt has “Sewciopath” emblazoned across the front of it simply made my psychiatric appointment all the more interesting.
