I’m calling this piece “You win some, you lose some”.

Some sloppy waxing and a laissez-faire attitude while glazing means this lil jar doesn’t jar. And I chipped her when attempting to coax her to open. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Neko ni Tako (Cat and Octopus) is a somewhat mysterious character. Other than being a symbol of good luck, happiness and fortune, I have found little detail searching. Regardless, I’m obsessed.
