Any idea why they’ve started labelling jobs different? ‘Nutritional support worker’ is a cook but to me sounds like a diet coach, ‘life support worker’ is a lifeguard but to me sounds like some sort of intensive care role

It was my first day back at work after a week annual leave and let’s just say I could use a cigarette and I don’t even smoke. Abysmal. Head aches. Fast forward to retirement

Currently at the state where I know I’m not right but I’m right enough to carry on the struggles rather than address the issues because I don’t wanna open the can of worms

My hearing is so abysmal. And I’ve been to have it checked because I was severely concerned. Told yeah it’s just some wax you’re fine. You’re too young to have issues etc etc. But I still struggle to understand people who are like 1 foot away from me. How does that work?
